Time: April-June 5-8pm

          July- August 9am-12pm

Price: $250 per athlete

Description: The Smithtown East Cheerleading program will be hosting our annual off-season training clinic open to all students who will be 7th- 12th graders in the 22-23 school year. This is a great opportunity for all athletes to work with the Varsity & Junior Varsity Cheerleading Coaches at Smithtown East. This clinic is open to athletes with cheerleading experience & is also a great opportunity for anyone interested in joining our cheerleading program to begin. The clinic will cover cheerleading basics such as motions, jumps, tumbling, sideline cheers, and stunting. As athletes progress the clinic will cover more advanced elite and super-elite cheerleading skills. This clinic includes strength & conditioning as well as one hour dedicated to tumbling with an experienced tumbling coach each session. The off-season is a great opportunity to stay focused on seasonal goals & prepare for high school tryouts in August & middle school tryouts in September! Go Bulls!
